GreenHold: Issue Digital Shares of Nature
Through the GreenHold Contract, governments, indigenous communities, or private natural asset owners partner with Natural Asset Companies (NACs) for long-term co-management and income generation from natural assets through credits, data trading, and sustainable commodities, all under verified regeneration protocols. Through the GreenHold Contract, governments, indigenous communities, or private natural asset owners partner with Natural Asset Companies (NACs) for long-term co-management and income generation from natural assets through credits, data trading, and sustainable commodities, all under verified regeneration protocols. The NAC then creates a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV)
in a compliant jurisdiction to tokenize the asset, issuing Digital Shares of Nature.
